Bay State Physical Therapy-Plain Street, is EXCELLENT. The entire team and their Manager are wonderful. I went there sextremely sick with my legs, and left from there feeling well. I thank God for them, and i will be happy to refer them or this organization to anyone. I appreciate your excellent caring, treatments, and those magic hands that are healing people. . . I had an excellent experience with Kathleen, Tenia and Scott during my physical therapy sessions. From the very first appointment, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. They took the time to understand my specific condition, clearly explained the treatment plan, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. 🙌

I have had lower back pain for a while and this was the first office to really make a difference in my situation. In the past year I’ve had a few other injuries and they help me recover every time. Can’t say enough great things about this fantastic group of people! My body feels twenty years younger thanks to Katie and her crew.

Best physical therapy place out there! I came here after an accident and worked with everyone and I am actually going to miss going every week to see them. They are all so patient and kind, the establishment itself was warm, comforting and very clean. Receptionist was wonderful and made me feel welcomed every-time. I will 100% be back if needed in the future, do not overlook this place!

Highly recommend Baystate Physical Therapy, especially if you have EDS or any other type of connective tissue disease. Katy is trained and knowledgeable on the trifecta: EDS, Dysautonomia, and MCAS. Meaning, she is able to tailor your treatment plan for them so they aren’t aggravated further! She is kind, thorough, smart, and makes you genuinely feel good and heard. Shaira, the office manager who works at the front, is also so amazing and kind. Overall, this place is a gem!

They healed me. I was in a car accident and was experiencing severe pain in my lower back and knee. After sessions with them, I can safely start running again and can move freely. Everyone here is so nice and their instruction is the best. CarrieAnn is the bomb! Scott is the man (i love you scott). Katy is the boss (literally)! And Shaira holds it all together.

This is my 3rd time working with Katy and the team. They exceed my expectations. Yes the expertise is there Always but it's the compassion and and willingness to leave no stone unturned to insure that I get better and back to the activities that I love that makes the difference. I've had a lot of physical therapy in my life and my experiences with Bay State have been the best by far. If you are considering this path you should not hesitate...they are the very best!
